Mr. Akazawa Ryosei was appointed Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) on October 21, 2025.
He also assumes the positions of Minister in charge of the Response to the Economic Impact caused by the
Nuclear Accident, Minister for Green Transformation, Minister in charge of Industrial Competitiveness, Minister in
charge of International Exposition, and Minister of State for the Nuclear Damage Compensation and
Decommissioning Facilitation Corporation.
Immediately prior to becoming METI Minister, Mr. Akazawa served as Minister in charge of Economic
Revitalization and Minister of State for Economic and Fiscal Policy. During his long career in public policy, Mr.
Akazawa has served in several senior positions in the LDP and in government agencies. Notable roles in
government agencies include State Minister of Finance, State Minister of the Cabinet Office and Parliamentary
Secretary for Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
Mr. Akazawa was first elected to public office in 2005, successfully winning reelection six times. He serves as a
member of the House of Representatives representing Tottori Prefecture, 2nd Electoral District.
Prior to entering politics, Mr. Akazawa served as a public servant for about twenty years at Japan’s Ministry of
Land of Infrastructure and Transport (MLIT) and the Ministry of Transport, the predecessor agency to MLIT.
Mr. Akazawa is a graduate of the University of Tokyo’s Faculty of Law and received an MBA from Cornell
University. He was born in Tokyo on December 18, 1960.

Born in 1962 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture. As a critical care physician and trauma
surgeon, he transformed the Emergency and Critical Care Center at Chiba Hokuso Hospital, Nippon Medical University into one of the nation's premier trauma treatment facilities. He is also recognized as a pioneer in medical helicopter operations. First elected in the 2021 general election from Chiba's 13th district. In the Second Kishida Cabinet formed in September 2023, he served as Parliamentary Secretary for National Defense. In the Ishiba Cabinet formed in October 2024, he served as Parliamentary Secretary for Foreign Affairs.
Since the Takaichi Cabinet formed in October 2025, he has held his current position.

Hayden Adams is the Founder and CEO of Uniswap Labs and inventor of the Uniswap Protocol, the largest decentralized exchange protocol.He began building in crypto in 2017. As his first project, he set out to build an application that fully embodied the unique properties of Ethereum: decentralized, trustless, permissionless, and secure.This project eventually became Uniswap.As of April 2024, the Uniswap Protocol has processed over $2 trillion in lifetime volume. It competes head-on with centralized exchanges, offering 2x more liquidity than both Binance and Coinbase (two of the largest centralized exchanges) for popular pairs like Ethereum to stablecoin trades.Today, Uniswap Labs contributes to the development of the Uniswap Protocol and builds products for users to safely and securely access DeFi — including the Uniswap Interface and the Uniswap Wallet, which collectively have served millions of users.

Thomas J. Lee (Tom Lee) is one of the most widely recognized and followed macro strategists on Wall Street, with nearly 30 years of experience in macro strategy and equity research. Known for his evidence-based, data-driven approach, he has made numerous timely and contrarian market calls—often going against consensus with accuracy—and was one of the first strategists to introduce institutional investors to Bitcoin. He is widely regarded as a trusted voice among top asset managers, advisors, and allocators.

In September 2014, he co-founded Fundstrat and serves as its Head of Research. Fundstrat is a research advisory firm that has grown to over 30 full-time employees and now serves hedge funds, mutual funds, and family offices in more than 26 countries.

Tom Lee founded Fundstrat Capital in Spring 2024 and serves as its Chief Investment Officer while continuing in his role as Head of Research at Fundstrat. He is the lead Portfolio Manager for the Fundstrat Granny Shots ETF suite (NYSE: GRNY, GRNJ, GRNI). The flagship large-cap portfolio, GRNY, is recognized as one of the most successful equity ETF launches of the past two decades, with over $4.6 billion in assets under management as of January 31, 2026.

In June 2025, Lee was appointed Chairman of the Board of Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR). He serves this role while also maintaining his roles as Head of Research at Fundstrat and CIO of Fundstrat Capital. At Bitmine, a $10 billion market-cap company, he helps guide the company’s strategic vision as an Ethereum-focused treasury model with broader blockchain initiatives.

Yuval is a visionary leader at the intersection of finance and technology.

Yuval co-founded Digital Asset in 2014 to harness the promise of blockchain technology to create an open financial network where value flows as freely as information on the internet.

As a Co-Founder and CEO of Digital Asset, Yuval has been instrumental in reshaping global finance by merging traditional systems with the power of decentralized technology. Yuval played a pivotal role in the formation of the Canton Network, the only public layer-one blockchain with privacy. He is also a Board Member and Treasurer of the Global Synchronizer Foundation, which he helped to create with the support of the Linux Foundation, to bring fair and transparent decentralized governance and organizational neutrality to the adoption and evolution of the Canton Network.

Yuval is a member of the Digital Asset Markets subcommittee of the U.S. Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Global Market Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Blockchain Business Council, a leading industry association for the blockchain technology ecosystem. He has also testified before the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services Subcommittee on Digital Assets, Financial Technology and Inclusion.

Before founding Digital Asset, Yuval gained extensive experience in finance and technology, holding key positions at Citadel and DRW Trading, where he managed an algorithmic trading desk and helped launch DRW Venture Capital.

Oli Harris is Global Head of Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, the firm's digital asset business that reimagines how money, assets, and financial information move. Kinexys powers programmable payments, asset tokenization, and near real-time settlement across global markets and financial services, with over $3 trillion in transactions processed since inception.

Oli has spent more than 15 years building bank-led digital asset and fintech businesses, with global leadership experience across the US, UK, EU, Middle East, and Asia.
Prior to returning to J.P. Morgan, Oli was Managing Director and Head of Digital Assets, Americas, at Goldman Sachs, where he led the firm's digital strategy and private investments, built out its crypto trading and lending businesses, and oversaw GS DAP™, Goldman's asset tokenization platform.

In his first tenure at J.P. Morgan, as Head of Digital Assets Strategy and Quorum, Oli established and led the team that commercialized Quorum, the world's first enterprise Ethereum blockchain platform and a foundational technology of what is now Kinexys. He also served as Head of FinTech and Digital Strategy across the Corporate & Investment Bank, and as Head of Strategy for the International Consumer Bank, where he helped shape and launch Chase UK, the firm's fully digital retail bank.

Before finance, Oli served as an Economic Reform and Governance Advisor at the Office of Tony Blair, and led the New Energy Architecture Initiative at the World Economic Forum, working directly with Heads of State on economic, financial, and energy reform.

Oli grew up across Portugal, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UK, and holds First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge.

Franklin is a General Partner at Pantera Capital, focused on early-stage venture & token investing and portfolio development. Since joining Pantera in 2019, Franklin has led investments across DeFi, infrastructure, and Web3 gaming. He serves on the boards of Bitso, Azra Games, Pintu, MakersPlace, InfiniGods, Mezo, and Helika.

Franklin has 10 years of experience building and investing in blockchain and crypto, from seed stage to Fortune 50. Previously, Franklin was a founding member of J.P. Morgan’s blockchain group Onyx in 2015, leading many of the bank’s earliest blockchain initiatives across digital assets, market infrastructure, tokenization, and joint ventures. Franklin also co-founded Scale8 Partners, an advisory firm serving early-stage DeFi protocols, exchanges, and infrastructure projects. He began his venture career at ff Venture Capital, a top-performing early-stage VC fund based in NYC. Franklin is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics.

Ian brings nearly a decade of experience working with executives and traditional financial services companies on digital assets. Prior to joining Ondo, Ian led the digital asset efforts at McKinsey & Co., helping traditional institutions understand digital assets and launch specific products or services in the space. Ian holds a B.Sc. In Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. In NanoScience & Nanotechnology from the University of Leuven, and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Yoshitaka Kitao is the President and CEO of SBI Holdings Inc. He earned degrees from both Keio University (1974) and Cambridge University (1978). Prior to his role at SBI, he has held multiple positions within Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. (1974-1995) as well as Softbank Corporation (1995-1999). Kitao became the Representative Director, President of SOFTBANK INVESTMENT CORPORATION, currently SBI Holdings Inc., in 1999, and has led the company to become one of the biggest financial conglomerate in Japan.

Tadashi Yamamoto (Yamamoto) graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tokyo in 1992, and joined the Bank of Tokyo (now MUFG Bank) in the same year. He has worked as an economist in economic and financial research at the Economic Research Office and the Bank of Japan, and involved in credit risk management at the Credit Policy & Planning Division. He has also experienced management strategy formulation and governance strengthening at the Corporate Planning Division, and involved in correspondence with industry at the Japanese Bankers Association during the Great East Japan Earthquake. (Yamamoto) has served as Deputy General Manager at Planning Division for East Asia since 2017, Executive Officer and Head of Credit Policy & Planning Division since 2018, and Executive Officer and Head of Corporate Planning Division since 2021. In 2022, he was appointed as Managing Executive Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer of MUFG Bank, responsible for the bank’s overall strategy. Appointed Managing Executive Officer and Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) in 2023, and has been serving as Senior Managing Executive Officer in the same role since April 2026.

Joining SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation) in 1990, Akio Isowa was engaged in corporate banking, legal affairs, corporate planning, human resources management. He established the Retail Marketing Department and IT Strategy Department as the General Manager and led the debit card business, and the UX project of their internet banking app. As the head of Transaction Business Division, he led product and sales planning for online payment services such as Bank Pay and Cotra. Since 2023, he has been leading digital innovation of the SMBC Group as the Chief Digital Innovation Officer.

Head of Global Product Solutions.
Keisuke joined BlackRock Japan as a Managing Director and Head of Global Product
Solutions in 2025. He is responsible for the strategy, innovation and commercialization
of BlackRock’s full investment platform, unlocking new growth opportunities across
Active, iShares, and Private Markets for Japan and bridging product strategies with
client needs and market trends.
Prior to joining BlackRock, he was at Morgan Stanley in Japan since 1999, where he was
responsible for the Fixed Income Derivative and Structured Products team, and
ultimately responsible for the entire Fixed Income Distribution teams.
Keisuke earned a BA degree in Law from Keio University in Tokyo in 1999.
