The dates are August 25 and 26, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM.
On 8/25, the doors will open at 9:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM.
On 8/26, the doors will open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM.
WebX2025 will be held at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. The address is 4-8-1 Shiba-Koen, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-8563.
The entrance reception desk is located on B2F.

Business Pass holders and above will have access to WiFi in the venue.
*WiFi password will be listed on the back of your ticket.
Smoking is allowed in the smoking area on B2F and in the smoking car at the east entrance.
No recording is allowed, but photographing of the stage is not a problem. (Please refrain from using flash for filming.
If you wish to be photographed, please apply for a media pass as a member of the media to which you belong or are active.
A media pass will be issued after you pass the screening.
Eating and drinking are allowed in the venue.

We do not keep hand luggage. (Please use the lockers at the train station.)
On the day of the event, please come to the BF2 reception desk and present the QR code for admission that was sent to your email address at the time of purchase. An admission pass and wristband will be issued.
When entering on the second day, please bring the admission pass and wristband issued on the first day.
Please note that we will not be able to reissue the pass and wristband in case of loss.

Re-entry is available through the re-entry entrance.

You will need to upload an image of your student ID when purchasing tickets. You will also need to present your student ID card at the time of admission. If you do not present your student ID, you may not be allowed to enter the venue.
