What are the event dates and times?
The event will be held on July 13th and 14th, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM.
*July 13th: the venue will open at 9:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM.
*July 14th: the venue will open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM (tentative).
Where is the venue?
WebX2026 will be held at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, located at 4-8-1 Shiba-koen, Minato-ku, Tokyo, 105-8563.
*The entry reception will be on the BF2.

Is WiFi available at the venue?
Those with a Business Pass or above will be able to access the venue WiFi.
Is there a smoking area at the venue?
Smoking is allowed in the designated Smoking Area, located in the B2 floor of the hotel.
Is recording or photography of speaker sessions permitted?
No recording is allowed, but photographing the stage is not a problem. (Please refrain from using flash for filming.)
Is food and drink allowed inside the venue?
Food and beverages are allowed inside the venue.
*Please refrain from bringing your own.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available.
※It will generally be paid parking.
※We expect heavy traffic, and strongly recommend using public transportation.
What is available for business professionals?
At WebX2026, we have the following programs available for those who have purchased a business pass (business professionals):

You can relax, enjoy food and drinks, and interact with a wide range of participants.
Is there a rest/lounge area?
Those with a Business Pass or above will have access to the Rest Space in the Networking Area.
Additionally, there is a cafeteria in the hotel.
Can I store my luggage/baggage?
We do not offer luggage storage. (Using nearby station lockers or other available facilities is recommended.)
What do I need to enter the venue?
On the event day, please visit the BF2 reception and present the entry QR code sent to your email address at the time of purchase to receive your entry pass and wristband.
For admission on the second day, please bring the entry pass and wristband issued on the first day.
*Please note that if they are lost, we will not be able to reissue them.
If there are no seats available in a speaking session room, is standing allowed?
Yes, you may stand to watch the session.
Can I watch the speaking sessions online?
Some sessions are scheduled to be live-streamed. We will provide more details as soon as they are finalized.
Is re-entry to the venue permitted?
Re-entry is available through the designated re-entry entrance.

Are tickets available for purchase on the day of the event?
We will have tickets available for purchase on the day of the event, so please feel free to take advantage of this opportunity.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my ticket?
To make it easier for more people to purchase tickets with confidence, we are currently accepting refund requests for cancellations until the end of May 2026.
If you would like to request a refund, please submit your application using the form below.
Please note that we will not be able to process refunds for cancellations made after the end of May 2026.

I purchased a ticket with the wrong name/email address. What should I do?
To update your registration details, please follow the steps below:
1.Click “Manage Registration Details” in the “Your Registration Details” section at the bottom of your ticket purchase confirmation email.
2..Select your ticket from the displayed ticket list.
3.Click “Transfer Ticket” on the right side of your ticket to update your registration details.
I have not received my ticket. What should I do?

How do I purchase a student ticket?
A copy of your student ID is required to be uploaded during ticket purchase. Please also present your student ID upon entry.
*Please note that without presenting your student ID, you may not be permitted to enter.

What payment methods are accepted when purchasing a ticket?
We only accept credit card payments.
I would like to purchase multiple tickets in bulk as a corporation. How can I do this?
