Spent approximately 20 years in the investment banking division of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, supporting the planning and execution of equity financing, capital policy, and IR strategies. Has extensive experience advising listed companies on fundraising, investor communications, and initiatives to enhance corporate value.

After leaving the firm, spent approximately three years as a private investor, conducting company analysis and investment activities while exploring new growth areas from a capital markets perspective. Through this experience, developed a strong interest in the potential of digital credit utilizing Bitcoin and joined Metaplanet after resonating with its vision.

Currently leads capital raising strategies aimed at maximizing shareholder value, while communicating Metaplanet’s growth story as a Bitcoin Treasury Company to investors and communities in Japan and overseas. Plays a key role in bridging capital markets and Bitcoin.
