Franklin is a General Partner at Pantera Capital, focused on early-stage venture & token investing and portfolio development. Since joining Pantera in 2019, Franklin has led investments across DeFi, infrastructure, and Web3 gaming. He serves on the boards of Bitso, Azra Games, Pintu, MakersPlace, InfiniGods, Mezo, and Helika.

Franklin has 10 years of experience building and investing in blockchain and crypto, from seed stage to Fortune 50. Previously, Franklin was a founding member of J.P. Morgan’s blockchain group Onyx in 2015, leading many of the bank’s earliest blockchain initiatives across digital assets, market infrastructure, tokenization, and joint ventures. Franklin also co-founded Scale8 Partners, an advisory firm serving early-stage DeFi protocols, exchanges, and infrastructure projects. He began his venture career at ff Venture Capital, a top-performing early-stage VC fund based in NYC. Franklin is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics.
