I started my career at Nomura Securities Co., Ltd. and later became fascinated by the Internet and was involved in the launch and management of IT startups for many years.
I served as executive Managing Director of GMO Internet, Inc., President and Representative Director of GaLa, Inc. and CEO of Commuca, Inc.
In 2012, I became convinced that crypto-asset technology would become the Internet of Money, and founded Bitbank,inc in 2014.
In 2022, I established Japan Digital Asset Trust Establishment Preparatory Corporation (JADAT) to enter the digital asset trust business for institutional investors and business companies, where I also serves as its CEO.
I'm currently working hard for the healthy development of crypto assets through Bitbank, which operates a crypto asset exchange, and JADAT, which is planning a trust business specializing in digital assets.
