Yushun Mizusaki Joined the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2012, where he was responsible for the development and regulatory framework of a broad range of financial products, including ETFs, indices, listed derivatives, JGB repos, and stock lending. In 2020, he joined Nomura Asset Management and has been engaged in the ETF business across product development, capital markets activities, and marketing for domestic and global investors. He has held his current position since 2025. He is a CFA charterholder and an FRM certified professional.
