Andy Liu is the Co-founder of Tevau.io, a Hong Kong-based blockchain-powered payment platform bridging traditional finance and the digital asset world. With a background in risk management and data analytics, Andy previously managed the HKUST Crypto-Fintech Lab and founded the Blockchain Academy Group, building deep expertise across FinTech and Web3. Tevau was recognised with the Blockchain Award at the Hong Kong Digital Finance Awards 2025. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Business Intelligence from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
