Keisuke Jo, Managing Director is a member of BlackRock Japan' Board of Directors and
Head of Global Product Solutions.
Keisuke joined BlackRock Japan as a Managing Director and Head of Global Product
Solutions in 2025. He is responsible for the strategy, innovation and commercialization
of BlackRock’s full investment platform, unlocking new growth opportunities across
Active, iShares, and Private Markets for Japan and bridging product strategies with
client needs and market trends.
Prior to joining BlackRock, he was at Morgan Stanley in Japan since 1999, where he was
responsible for the Fixed Income Derivative and Structured Products team, and
ultimately responsible for the entire Fixed Income Distribution teams.
Keisuke earned a BA degree in Law from Keio University in Tokyo in 1999.
