Ken Tojo, Director, leads the ETF Product group in Japan. His team is responsible for driving product strategy, advancing the commercialization of iShares ETFs, delivering ETFs to the market and overseeing range management activities across the ETF product set available for local distribution. Before assuming his current role Mr. Tojo worked within the Securities Lending Product Services team in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Blackrock in 2010, he worked in various equity operations roles at Lehman Brothers and Nomura Securities.
