He began his career at GMO AD Partners Inc. before joining GREE, Inc. After working across businesses including advertising, entertainment media, and platform services, he took charge of new product development as a game designer and producer at GREE. He subsequently held roles including VP of Game Studio at GREE Korea, Inc., Representative Director of GREE's joint venture with Yahoo Japan Corporation, Senior Executive Officer of GREE, Inc., and Representative Director and President of WFS, Inc. As both a manager and producer, he created multiple hit titles.
He was appointed Executive Officer of Coincheck, Inc. in November 2022 and Director, President and Executive Officer in June 2024, before assuming his current role of President & CEO, Representative Director & Executive Officer in June 2026. He concurrently serves as Chief Platform Officer of Coincheck Group N.V., the Company's parent company.
