He was involved in the launch of the Endowed Chair for Blockchain Innovation at the University of Tokyo and is responsible for the planning, operation, and lectures of the Blockchain Open Course, Applied Practice Program, and Entrepreneurship Support Program. He has engaged in applied research on cryptographic technologies, including zero-knowledge proofs, and has worked on technical and implementation challenges aimed at expanding the practical application areas of blockchain. In recent years, his interests have also expanded to areas where traditional finance and blockchain intersect.
