Arisa Toyosaki is the General Manager and Representative Director of Binance Japan, as well as a technology, finance, and public policy leader.

Previously, she founded Cega, a digital asset infrastructure company acquired in 2025, and served on the Board of the Japan Blockchain Association, where she worked with policymakers on Japan's digital asset ecosystem. Earlier in her career, she led go-to-market strategies for Google Search and AR, and began her career as a derivatives trader at UBS. Arisa holds degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Northwestern University, and was awarded Forbes 30 Under 30.
