Yoshio Hirako joined a Japanese mega bank after graduating from university. After an internet start-up, he led the launch of a bank for a major retail group and served as a director of its bank and card company. In 2013, he co-founded a fintech firm as Vice President. He later served as a director at an Indonesian commercial bank and led the turnaround of a crypto-asset exchange as President. He became President of MJS Finance & Technology in 2017 and MJS Executive Officer and CDO in 2021.In May 2025, he was appointed Executive Vice President and COO of DeCurret DCP, now DCP Inc. Since April 2026, he has served as Representative Director, President, CEO and COO, leading the creation of new economic ecosystems through the company’s tokenized deposit platform.
