Hayate has spent his career at the forefront of emerging technology ecosystems, specializing in international incubation and cross-border technology transfer. Beginning in early 2018, he managed deep-tech and blockchain incubation frameworks in Tokyo, establishing crucial infrastructure to bridge sovereign Japanese projects with global digital markets.

In 2022, Hayate expanded his operations globally, leading cross-border corporate development initiatives out of Dubai and driving international market expansion for leading decentralized application architectures. He currently serves with the Active Defense Innovation Fund (ADIF), Japan’s premier defense and dual-use venture capital fund, where he focuses on international strategic synergy, localized technology implementation, and building resilient cross-border supply chains for critical emerging technologies.
