He is responsible for asset servicing and outsourcing solutions for institutional investors and asset management firms within the asset management business of Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.
Since joining Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank in 1998, he has held various positions in asset servicing, including systems development, product development, business strategy, and investment management services for institutional investors. He was appointed General Manager of the Asset Services Department in April 2025 and has served in his current role since April 2026.
He holds a Master of Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology (now the Institute of Science Tokyo) and is a Chartered Member Analyst (CMA) of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
