Mitsunori leads the business development of digital assets and fintech solutions at Franklin Templeton Japan. He joined the firm in 2021, upon the merger of Legg Mason. Since joining Legg Mason in 2012, he has held leadership roles in Retail Sales, Marketing and Product.
Mitsunori started his career as a trader in money markets and derivatives at Mitsui Trust & Banking (now SMTB). After SMTB, he spent ten years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, followed by stays at Nikko AM and Wellington.
Mitsunori received his BA in Political Science from Keio University.
