Yuki Dambayashi is the Business Strategy & Development Director at J-CAM Inc., having joined in 2024. In 2026, he also joined CRYL Inc., and led launch of Crypto lending service. He previously worked at Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., leading business transformation projects for e-commerce and customer service, including establishing the global headquarters in New York. Prior to that, he worked at Accenture Japan Ltd. specializing in consulting on new business strategies and business planning for securities firms. He began his career in 2011 at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., focusing on high-net-worth clients and financial product sales after graduating from university.
